1/4 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 slice lemon
Place ingredients in a mug or glass and cover with boiling water.
Leave the ginger to settle to the bottom and enjoy!
- Depending on how much flavour you like, this will make two cups, just add more hot water.
- Great with a teaspoon of manuka honey as a cold and sore throat remedy.
