Fresh Lemon And Ginger Soother

Ginger has never been one of my favourite flavours but over the years I have found myself enjoying food and drink that I never expected to like!

This drink is one example and is so refreshing with so many benefits for your hair, skin and digestive system, not to mention those pesky colds!

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp chopped fresh ginger
1 slice lemon

Place ingredients in a mug or glass and cover with boiling water.

Leave the ginger to settle to the bottom and enjoy!

Tip:

  • Depending on how much flavour you like, this will make two cups, just add more hot water.
  • Great with a teaspoon of manuka honey as a cold and sore throat remedy.
