I absolutely have to have something for breakfast but I am not a morning person so if I’ve got an early start I need something quick and easy to make and consume…enter my Morning Wake Up Smoothie!
Ingredients:
100ml Whole Milk
1 Banana
100ml Cold Coffee (make your usual strength using less water)
A couple of Ice Cubes
What to do:
Chuck all ingredients into a blender and blend!
Useful Tip:
Make your coffee the night before, cover and let it cool ready for the morning – it will save you oodles of time and faffing in the morning!
